Pilot Rock High School
Pilot Rock High School was established in its current location in the year 1919. The original building is still in use and houses the district office along with several classrooms, a kitchen, and a small gymnasium/auditorium. PRHS continues to reach and exceed the state averages in the areas of reading, writing, and math. There are more than 10 classes offered for college dual credit and more than 300 dual credits were awarded to students in the 2012-13 school year.
There are many opportunities for students to be involved in extra-curricular activities, such as athletics, theater, FFA, Key Club, band and snowboarding. Students are also encouraged to be involved in leadership at the junior high and high school levels. The students also participate in yearly community clean-up and many are involved in the annual Pilot Rock Community Days celebration.
