October Rocket Competitors
7th Grade
The 7th grade chooses Emma Denton for Rocket Competitor of the month because she is consistent and respectful day-to-day. We really appreciate the leadership that Emma portrays as she participates actively, interacts respectfully, and models good behavior every single day. She is always willing to help others and to raise her hand to share information during classroom discussions. She is kind and patient with others and shows respectful behavior in all of her interactions with peers and staff. Keep up the terrific behavior and leadership Emma! We surely appreciate it!

The 7th grade chose Lincoln for the Rocket Competitor of the month because he brings humor and kindness into his classes each day. We really appreciate the maturity he shows by prioritizing work before play, and meeting deadlines and expectations that his teachers give him with assignments. We also appreciate his friendly demeanor and his willingness to help and cooperate with his peers during class. For these reasons and many more, it is easy for us to recognize Lincoln!

8th Grade
Abi is an awesome student. She is always at school and on time ready to go. She is more than willing to help her peers whenever they are struggling and her art has shown great growth and expansion in creativity and skill. Keep it up!

Arkin is one of those great students who consistently sets a positive example for others. He shows up every day ready to learn, puts forth his best effort in everything he does, and is always willing to lend a hand to his classmates. His respectful attitude and kind nature make him a pleasure to have around the school. Arkin’s dedication, work ethic, and genuine care for others truly stand out. Keep it up Arkin!

9th Grade
Layce is a reliable and respectful student who consistently demonstrates strong character in all she does. She is highly involved in FFA, showing both leadership and dedication to the program, all while maintaining excellent grades. Layce is a positive role model for her peers and an outstanding representative of the Freshman class. She is truly a credit to Rocket Nation!

Tayven works incredibly hard both in and outside of the classroom. Not only does he dedicate himself in class through participation and focus on his assignments, but he also goes the extra step by reviewing and studying material independently. 10th Grade
Abbigail comes to class each and every day with a smile, ready to learn and give her best effort. She consistently demonstrates a positive attitude that brightens the classroom and sets a great example for those around her. As a natural leader among her peers, Abbigail leads through her actions, showing respect, responsibility, and kindness in everything she does. She is always willing to lend a hand, offer encouragement, or support her classmates without being asked. Her genuine compassion and commitment to excellence make her a valued member of our school community and a wonderful representative of Rocket Nation.

Mason is an outstanding student-athlete who consistently demonstrates focus, dedication, and a strong sense of responsibility. He comes to class each day prepared and ready to learn, always staying on task and giving his best effort. His excellent attendance and positive attitude set a great example for his peers, and his respect toward classmates and teachers alike makes him a valued member of our school community. Mason’s work ethic both in the classroom and in athletics is exceptional, and he continually strives for improvement in everything he does. Keep up the great work, Mason! Your hard work and character do not go unnoticed!

11th Grade
Paige always brings a positive attitude and sets a great example for her fellow students. She is a hard worker who always does her work right the first time and is never late. She is a model student and brings good vibes to every classroom.

Sun is exceptionally friendly, outgoing, and welcoming. He can improve any classroom with his positive attitude. Although he is new to Pilot Rock, he has already made a positive impact on the school culture!

12th Grade
Karmin has been a dedicated student in her academics this year. She has done a great job in stepping up and helping her class during activities like homecoming. She is working hard to finish strong in her senior year here at PRHS. She has a great attitude and is a friendly face to see everyday. Great job Karmin!
