Pilot Rock School District is excited to congratulate music teacher Jacob Try for the awarding of a $20,000 grant from the Wildhorse Foundation! This grant is for the district's Music Department and will be used to update the instrument fleet, install storage for the instruments and improve performance space.
"The music department in Pilot Rock is beyond grateful to the Wildhorse Foundation. The students of the district will be able to learn and grow on quality instruments as they perform all over the state," said Try. "Thank you, Wildhorse Foundation, for giving the students in our schools the tools to be the best they can be!"
Thursday, November 3rd is a half day for Pilot Rock School District due to conferences. Students will be released from school at 12:40 pm. Please contact your student's building secretary if you would like to schedule a conference.

Recently, Congress created the FCC’s Affordable Connectivity Program, a benefit program that helps ensure that households can afford internet access they need for work, school, healthcare and more.
Families in the Pilot Rock School District qualify because the district is part of the Community Eligibility Provision program.
